Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

NexaiIT is an IT services company based at 0177 R.N Jha Gali, Narsratkhani, Nathnagar, Bhagalpur, Bihar, India. This page is maintained by NexaiIT to answer common privacy and security questions about our website. For any privacy request, write to info@nexaiit.com.

2. Information you give us

• Enquiry forms. Name, email, phone, company and your message. We use these only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
• Chat assistant. Messages you type into the on-site chat are processed to generate a reply. Your recent conversation is also stored in your own browser so it survives a refresh — clearing the chat removes it.
• Account data. If you have an admin account, we store your email, role and sign-in activity.

To keep the site available and to defend against automated attacks, our servers record a log entry for requests. These logs are operational security records, not marketing profiles — we do not use them for advertising, we do not sell them, and we do not attempt to identify individuals from them.

We do not collect sensitive categories of data such as age, health, biometric or financial details through these logs, and we do not attempt to derive them.

When traffic from an IP address matches an abuse pattern — an unusual burst of requests, scanning for known vulnerable paths, or repeated failed admin sign-ins — that address can be blocked, automatically or by an administrator.

• What we keep: the IP address, the reason for the block, the matched pattern or request path, approximate geo-location, user agent, request counts, whether the block was automatic or manual, and the block/expiry timestamps.
• Who can see it: only authenticated NexaiITadministrators, through our protected dashboard. Access is itself audit-logged.
• How it is used: solely to refuse further requests from that address and to investigate the incident. Blocked-IP records are never sold, shared for marketing, or used to build profiles.
• Alerts: when a block or attack pattern is detected, a summary (IP, reason, time) may be sent to our internal security channel or alert inbox.
• Expiry and appeal: automatic blocks lift when their expiry passes; records are removed within 90 days unless an active investigation or legal obligation requires us to keep them. If you believe your address was blocked in error, email support@nexaiit.com and we will review and unblock it.

5. Legal basis and sharing

We process enquiry data to respond to your request, and security logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available. We share data only with the service providers that run our infrastructure (hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, IP geo-location lookup and the AI provider that powers the chat assistant), each processing it on our instructions. We may disclose records where law requires it.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it — including an enquiry you submitted or a security log entry tied to your address, where we are not required to keep it. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your dark-mode preference and your recent chat messages, and cookies to keep admin sessions signed in. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
