1. Agreement

2. Use of the website
You may browse, read and share our content for lawful purposes. You may not scrape at scale, attempt to bypass authentication, probe for vulnerabilities, overload the service, or interfere with other users. Traffic that matches abuse patterns may be rate-limited or blocked — see our Privacy Policy for what we record when that happens.
3. Enquiries and quotes
Information on this site, including indicative timelines and pricing, is for guidance and is not a binding offer. A project begins only when both parties sign a written proposal or statement of work setting out scope, milestones, fees and payment terms.
4. Client responsibilities
For engagements, you agree to provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, and any content, credentials or third-party accounts we need. Delays in these may shift agreed delivery dates.
5. Payments
Fees, currency, instalments and taxes are as stated in the signed proposal. Invoices are payable by the due date on the invoice. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.
6. Intellectual property
Our brand, site design, copy and code samples remain ours. On full payment, deliverables created specifically for your project transfer to you, excluding our pre-existing tools, libraries and frameworks, which you receive a perpetual licence to use within the delivered work.
7. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the engagement. We may reference a completed project publicly only with your consent.
8. Third-party services
Our site and deliverables may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, payment, messaging, AI and analytics providers). Their availability and terms are outside our control. Outbound links, including our careers portal and social profiles, are not under our control.
9. AI chat assistant
The on-site assistant provides general information and can be inaccurate. Treat its answers as a starting point, not professional advice or a commitment from us, and do not enter sensitive personal or payment data into it.
10. Warranties and liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, NexaiIT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to your use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bhagalpur, Bihar having jurisdiction.
